Referral & Partner Rewards Policy

1. Program Overview & Eligibility
Welcome to the KiddoDream Refer & Earn Program! Our referral program is designed to reward parents, teachers, and storytellers for introducing new users to our AI-powered children's storytelling and institution management platform. Any registered user with an active, in-good-standing KiddoDream account is automatically eligible to participate and earn rewards by sharing their unique referral link or public AI stories.
2. 5% Credit Reward Structure (1st Purchase Only)
Referrers earn exactly 5% of the AI credits purchased on their referred user's 1st successful purchase.
When a new user registers using your unique referral link or by clicking through one of your publicly shared AI stories, they are attributed to your account as a pending referral. Upon completing their first successful credit purchase on KiddoDream, your reward account is automatically credited with a bonus equal to 5% of the total AI credits purchased (rounded to the nearest whole credit, with a guaranteed minimum of 1 credit).
Important: This reward applies strictly to the referred user's first credit purchase only. Subsequent renewals, future credit purchases, or add-ons made by the same referred user do not generate additional referral bonuses.
3. Attribution & Tracking
KiddoDream utilizes automated cookie and database attribution to connect new signups with referrers:
- Direct Referral Links: Sharing your `?ref=YOUR_CODE` URL attributes anyone who visits and registers within the session window.
- Public Story Links: Every AI story published and shared publicly acts as an automatic referral asset. Any user who discovers KiddoDream through your story link and creates an account is attributed to you.
- Last-Touch Attribution: If a prospective user clicks multiple referral links from different users before creating an account, attribution is assigned to the most recently clicked link prior to registration.
4. 1:1 Instant AI Credit Redemptions
Convert your Referral Credits directly into AI Credits at an exact 1:1 exchange rate.
Earned referral rewards accumulate in your Available Balance as Referral Credits. You can redeem these credits instantly into any personal or school workspace that you own or manage on KiddoDream:
- 1:1 Exchange Rate: Exactly 1 Referral Credit = 1 AI Credit. There are no conversion fees or deductions.
- Instant Transfer: The moment you initiate a redemption on your dashboard, the AI credits are added directly to your target workspace balance and can be used immediately for generating storybooks, illustrations, and audio.
- Non-Refundable: Once transferred to a workspace, credit redemptions are final and cannot be reversed or transferred to another workspace.
5. Audit, Fraud Prevention & Prohibited Activities
To protect the integrity of the KiddoDream community, all referrals and transactions are actively monitored:
- Self-Referrals & Sybil Accounts: Referring yourself using secondary email addresses, fake accounts, or automated scripts is strictly prohibited.
- Chargebacks & Refunded Payments: If a referred user initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or receives a refund on their qualifying 1st purchase, the corresponding 5% referral credit bonus will be automatically deducted or voided from the referrer's account balance.
- Spam & Misrepresentation: Referrers must not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or bidding on KiddoDream trademark keywords in paid search ads.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification from the Refer & Earn program, forfeiture of all accumulated referral balances, and potential suspension of your KiddoDream account.
6. Program Modifications & Termination
KiddoDream reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn program, including credit percentages or redemption terms, at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via platform announcements or email. Continued participation in the program following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
